Productions by the Hovey Players take place in the Abbott Memorial Theater in the basement of the D’Angio Law Offices.

DIRECTIONS TO THE ABBOTT MEMORIAL THEATER:

From Route 128 (I-95) and the West:

  1. Take Route 128 to Exit 26: Route 20 Waltham/Weston, and follow the signs for Route 20 East.
  2. Follow Route 20 East (Weston Street) for 1.6 miles. It becomes Main Street.
  3. Take a left after the Library onto Spring Street. Number 9 is on your right.
  4. Parking is available in the lot behind 9 Spring Street (free), at meters on the street or at the Library.
  5. Entrance to the theater is on the south side of the building (“Joel’s Way”).

From the Mass Pike and the East:

  1. Take the Mass Pike (I-90) to Exit 17: Newton Corner, and follow the signs toward Centre Street, Watertown.
  2. Centre Street becomes Galen Street and leads you to Watertown Square (0.7 miles).
  3. Turn Left onto Main Street (Route 20 West), and follow this for 3 miles. You will pass Waltham Common.
  4. Turn right onto Spring Street. Number 9 is on your right.
  5. Parking is available in the lot behind 9 Spring Street (free), at meters on the street or at the Library.
  6. Entrance to the theater is on the south side of the building (“Joel’s Way”).

By Public Transit:

  • The Fitchburg Commuter Rail line stops at Waltham Station, which is just around the corner across the Waltham Common from Main Street and a very quick walk to Spring Street (approx. 5 min).
  • The 70A Bus (leaves from Central Station) stops at the corner of Main and Spring Streets.
